Ms. De'asia founded BLP in 2023. She is always eager and excited to work to better our youth.
With a bachelor's degree in Education Policy, a Master of Education with a concentration in At-risk and diverse learners, and many years of dance, theater & teaching experience. She understands the need for programs such as this one in communities.

Managing Director, Instructor & Competition Coach
Mrs. C comes with 22 years of dance experience, starting at the age of 5.
She has worked with and learned from many well-known artist and instructors, from Alvin Ailey, Martha Graham School of Dance, Juilliard and more.
This is her 2nd year teaching at Baltimore Lab Project
