Founder & Artist Director, Instructor & Competition Leader
Ms. De'asia founded BLP in 2023. She is always eager and excited to work to better our youth.
With a bachelor's degree in Education Policy, a Master of Education with a concentration in At-risk and diverse learners, and many years of dance, theater & teaching experience. She understands the need for programs such as this one in communities. She is currently on the road to obtaining her Ph.D.
Chabria Cannaday-Enomanna
(Mrs. C)
Managing Director, Instructor & Competition Coach
Mrs. C comes with 23 years of dance experience, starting at the age of 5.
She has worked with and learned from many well-known artist and instructors, from Alvin Ailey, Martha Graham School of Dance, Juilliard and more.
This is her 3rd year teaching at Baltimore Lab Project


Royal Banks, M.Ed
Director of Family Accounts
Ms. Royal officially joined the BLP team in June 2026, helping BLP families navigate tuition payments, account questions, and the day-to-day financial details that keep students connected to their dance education.
She is an important part of BLP’s commitment to making quality dance education accessible, organized, and family-centered. In addition to her administrative support, she has an extensive background in Dance Instruction, Choreography, and teaches/choreographs at the studio from time to time.
