Who we are and what we do...

 Baltimore Lab Project (BLP) Dance Ensemble is a Performing Arts organization that strives to build performers self-esteem, character development, knowledge of dance and performing, work ethic, and more to the youth of the community. We focus on helping youth thrive as individuals through the lens of performing arts. Performers are provided with training in several dance forms from ballet, jazz, musical theatre, hip-hop, and more. In our space, performers do not only build their performing abilities but character. As our youth grow, so do our communities within society.

We would love the opportunity to become apart of your village in supporting your child's growth. We are not just training performers, we are turning imperfection into success.

Our performing  season runs from September-June. Through this time we  engage in a number of performing opportunities across Maryland as well as our seasonal company performances (winter recitals, black history month experience, Spring showcase, and more). Students will learn how to lead and insert their voices in all sorts of spaces.
